Nordic walking is pure joyful living – when better to activate these feelings than during a wellness-oriented holiday at Kronplatz. All of the sporty amongst you will have fun whilst walking in one of the largest natural fitness parks in Europe. From Bruneck to Pfalzen and Olang to Rasen in the Antholz Valley. With a sign-posted path network that's more than 275km long consisting of lots of easy and moderate tours, you can intensively enjoy this trend sport with the wonderful natural backdrop of Kronplatz and the Dolomites.

DOWNHILL - FREERIDING & MOUNTAINBIKING at Kronplatz

The demanding Herrnsteig was the first purposely built downhill trail in South Tyrol in 2010. It is closed to pedestrians and is open from June until the middle of October. With the Kronplatz cable car – just 100 metres away from us – you can leave for the summit (at 2,275m) with the mountain bike included and from there you can undertake the 7 km long forest trail with a difference in altitude of 1,300m whilst riding downhill.

The real biking adventure in the holiday region of Kronplatz begins with mountain biking. Leave the forest and its herbal scents behind you. Beside the single trail there's lush greenery and your attention is drawn to the imposing rocky shapes of the main alpine ridge. Here, the Rieserferner seems almost stuck in the clouds. On the other side, to the south, the wild women of Fanes draw your attention. The rocky backdrop still speaks as dramatically as back then when the legends were born. The UNESCO World Natural Heritage site wants to be experienced!

Bruneck… a city to fall in love with

Bruneck is the cultural and economic centre of the Puster Valley. A small yet wonderful city with an historical background, which invites you to enjoy and amble, to shop and to be in awe, to get to know and to find out.

Just a few minutes by car, bus or bike, the city is quite simply a must for every holiday in South Tyrol.

Golfing at Kronplatz / Golfclub Pustertal

At the foot of South Tyrol's most famous ski mountain, the first 9 holes (par 34 with 2,803m) of the planned 18 hole championship golf course of the Golfclub Pustertal have been realised. It's embedded in the wonderful landscape between meadows, forest and a biotope around the sport park in Reischach. A large putting green at the clubhouse, a 3 hole practice area, a driving range with pitching and putting green, and a practice bunker are at the disposal of the golfers.
